What if I don’t have a credit card?

To place an online order through, a credit card must be used. If you wish to be invoiced instead, please contact a Minco Customer Service Representative to order direct from Minco.  Note that there may be a difference in ordering minimums on versus ordering via a Minco Customer Service Representative.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship around the world (except to countries prohibited under U.S. law).

Note: The Bill To address and Ship To address must match.

Can I use my UPS/FedEx shipper account information? does not accept other shipping account numbers.  All shipments will be automatically processed within the cart and shipped via UPS.

Are there order minimums?

There is a $50 minimum order. You cannot proceed to checkout with less than $50 of product in your shopping cart.

How can I view or track my order?

Go to My Account, enter your login information, navigate to View Orders to check order status or UPS tracking information.

How do I return, replace, or cancel my order?

How do I see product drawings?

Do you ship partial orders?

We do not allow partial shipment of orders.  If an order can’t ship in full, the order will hold until complete. A separate email will be sent with your order lead time and another email with tracking when the order ships.

Can I order with terms from my Minco account? does not accept terms, orders must be placed by credit card only.

When is my credit card charged?

Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your item(s) ship. Before your item(s) is shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show an account hold. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed. This is known as an "authorization hold" and typically lasts from 3-7 days but can be as long as 28 days, depending upon the policy of your bank.

What if my company has tax exempt status? is not able to collect and validate tax ID’s and taxes are charged if it’s a taxable state.
