Placing orders through the Minco eStore requires a credit card. If you wish to be invoiced instead, please contact a Minco Customer Service Representative to order direct from Minco. Note that there may be a difference in ordering minimums on Minco.com versus ordering via a Minco Customer Service Representative.

There is a $50 minimum order. You cannot proceed to checkout with less than $50 of product in your shopping cart.

We do not allow partial shipment of orders.  If an order cannot ship in full, the order will hold until complete. A separate email will be sent with your order lead time and another email with tracking when the order ships.

Minco’s eStore does not accept terms, orders must be placed by credit card or paypal through the website.

Your credit or debit card will not be charged until your item(s) ship. Before your item(s) is shipped, your debit or credit card statement may show an account hold. Please note, these funds have not been deducted but are being reserved within your account to ensure your order can be processed. This is known as an “authorization hold” and typically lasts from 3-7 days, but can be as long as 28 days, depending upon the policy of your bank.

Minco’s eStore is not able to collect and validate tax ID’s and taxes are charged if it’s a taxable state. Minco collects tax for the following states: CA, FL, GA, IN, MA ,MI, MN, NY, NC, TX, UT, VA and WA
