Returning or Cancelling an Order

Should you need to return, replace or cancel an order the following processes will guide you in completing your desired request.

Returns

Please complete the required information below. Once you have completed the request, you will be contacted within 2 business days (via email) with your RMA number and the necessary information to return your order.

MincoComponents.com Return Policy:

  • Components being returned must match original item(s) on purchase order
  • Components must be within warranty period
  • Components that are deemed defective due to customer misapplication will be returned as is, and could be subject to an additional fee
  • Parts must be returned in adequate condition, in proper packaging and shipping material. Failure to do so will result in product returned to sender
  • Parts must be returned within 30 days of the RMA number being generated or the RMA will be cancelled

Please Note:

  • You MUST obtain a RMA before returning your order
  • This return policy is for orders placed directly on MincoComponents.com. If you purchased direct from one of our distributors, please contact them for their return policy
  • For non-defective reasons: Parts must be new and unused. A 25% re-stocking fee will apply
  • For defective reasons: Credit or replacement qualification will be determined after a complete part evaluation
  • Shipping costs are the responsibility of the purchaser

    If you need to cancel an order you just placed online, please contact our Customer Service Department at 763.571.3121 x1. To ensure the best service, please have your order number readily available. Cancellation charges may apply.
