    Nice to meet you all. I am a Hong Kong Electronic Engineer with master. I have been working in a IC design company for 5 years. I am professional in IC design, layout laying, reverse engineering. Hopes to provide some design services to anyone needed. But I don't know how to advertise myself. Do you have any idea? Thanks for sharing.

    You could try placing a profile on www.ifreelance.com or view their projects to see if something matches. They have a section for IC design, but it doesn't appear to have much activity.
