    I would like to know what would be the best type material to use for a Flex Harness, since the government is not allowing Kapton to be used in new designs?

    I'd rather not give a quick answer, please describe the usage and functional requirements. What are the conditions during assembly and operating environment?

    Dear FFred , would you kindly point us to the ref link on the gov ban topic , just wonder from what angle and extend it's coming , flamability , aging , cracking , etc.   Appreciate the help ,   THX
