    Subzero sensors for bottles

I need to detect the temperature of an horizontal bottle at about -3.5°C with a precision of about 0.2°C. This is a fixed treshold.
The bottle could have different diameter from 48 to 63mm.
The environment is a cooled cell where consensation could occur.
What is the best way to do it?
An infrared sensor (but does it work with consendation?) or a flex strip thermal ribbon?
