RTDs Reading Error

    RTDs Reading Error

    We have Minco 3 wire RTDs (S331PA3S156BOH) mounted in gas compressors bearing housing. Currently the axial displacement sensors of the rotor are indicating that the rotor is moving while the temperature RTDs are indicating temperature decrease. Is possible that the RTDs show opposite readings due to wiring/configuration error (showing temperature decrease while in reality the temperature is increasing)?
