    Portable heating pad

I am trying to design a portable flexible heating pad. The size of the heating pad is about the size of a quarter and the maximum temperature is set at 65 C. I am planning to either use a lithium polymer or 2 AAA battery as my source. A DCDC, maybe TPS61070 to output the voltage at 5V. A battery management IC from TI (if lithium polymer is used).

Is there any heating flex PCD that can be used?

If there is, can I vary my input voltage lower or higher to change the temperature of the heating element? I can put a variable resistor to change the output voltage of the DCDC.

If the answer is yes for the question above, how can I purchase some samples for this project.

     Thanks in advance!
